A structured, infusion-based clinical pathway

The CRPS infusion protocol

CRPS is a complex condition, and for that reason we do not reduce it to pain alone.

At the center of our protocol is a structured infusion-based pathway built around a cycle of 4 intravenous Neridronate infusions.

Based on the clinical profile of each patient, the treatment pathway may also be strengthened with additional infusion-based and supportive elements.

The goal is not to offer a generic package. The goal is to build a serious, medically guided pathway around the individual patient.

More than a standard protocol

Precision medicine and multidisciplinary care

PSV works with a precision medicine approach, meaning that the team looks at the patient’s clinical history, biological profile, functional status, and overall complexity before defining the pathway.

Your case may involve expertise from rheumatology, neurology, rehabilitation, physiotherapy, nutrition, and dedicated expertise in gut microbiota modulation. This allows us to create a more personalized path, with treatment choices explained clearly and adapted to the individual case.

A clear and structured process

Your pathway in 5 steps

1. Free introductory video call

Everything starts with a free video call. You will speak directly with Tommaso Martella, Patient Care Manager at PSV. During the call, you will be able to explain your situation, share your previous diagnoses and treatments, understand how our CRPS pathway works, and receive realistic information about next steps, timing, and approximate costs.

This is not a sales call. It is a first conversation focused on clarity, trust, and understanding whether our approach may be appropriate for your case.

2. Medical record review

If you decide to move forward, we help you organize the medical information needed for evaluation. This may include imaging, reports, lab results, and previous specialist documentation. Our team reviews your records in advance so that your time in Verona is used as efficiently and meaningfully as possible.

3. Planning your visit to Verona

We are a clinic, not a travel agency. If needed, we can provide practical suggestions to help you plan your stay in Verona, including general guidance on accommodation and local logistics. Our role is to help you prepare for treatment clearly and realistically, while keeping the medical pathway at the center.

4. In-clinic evaluation and treatment

At PSV, your pathway includes a multidisciplinary clinical evaluation, diagnostic confirmation or refinement, and a structured treatment protocol centered on a cycle of 4 intravenous Neridronate infusions. Based on the clinical profile of each patient, the treatment pathway may also be strengthened with Clodronate infusions, infusion-based vitamins and coenzymes, rehabilitation support, and targeted gut microbiota modulation strategies, an area in which our team has dedicated expertise.

Every decision is explained clearly, so the patient understands why each part of the protocol is being proposed.

5. Follow-up and continuity of care

Your care pathway does not end when you return home. We can provide medical documentation for your local physicians, remote follow-up, and clinical guidance as your pathway progresses. The objective is continuity, not a one-time intervention.

"At PSV, the CRPS pathway is not a medical travel package — it is a structured clinical protocol centered on the patient."

No obligation. Speak directly with the clinic.
